Everything I've been planning these last 2 years in the property about here in North Carolina has came to a screeching home that has I'm not able to pull permits to put a living structure on there. So my needs have absolutely changed and as soon as I sell this property I am free to move where how utterly disappointing though as I've put so much energy and sweat into this endeavor

so just moving to North Carolina and procuring this property and clearing it by hand I have put in a lot of time and effort into this and unless someone was going to offer me another home with my name on the title I'm not willing to leave here as all that time and energy and money spent would be for not.
