It's a new year, a new beginning! More importantly, it's an excuse! What's it an excuse for?

To get people to come to the Southern New Hampshire TNG munch!

* Never been to a munch before? Now's the time to go for it.
* Haven't been to one in a while? Now's the time to see friends and meet new ones.
* Show up pretty much every week? Well...you should still show up, actually.

Snark aside, if you've never been to one, a munch is a very casual meet and greet, usually held at a bar or restaurant, where people can meet each other, catch up with old friends, and introduce people who are new and eager to learn to good resources to the lifestyle. There's no fetishwear, no play, but instead laughter, stories, and a welcoming attitude. If you're looking for a way to finally get your foot in the door to a lifestyle that's always interested you but you've always been too afraid to pursue, a munch is a great way to make friends and learn. People in this community are very welcoming and are very happy to teach and share.

As stated above, the idea is to use the New Year theme to revitalize the TNG munch and get a lot of old faces and new faces to come together and start the year off right. The next TNG munch is on January 15th, at Thousand Crane (116 West Pearl St, Nashua NH). They have a pretty good menu, affordable prices, and some pretty good drinks if you're over 21. We have a back room, pretty much all to ourselves, and it's typically pretty quiet in there on a Tuesday night.

I've been on this site for a while now, and I've used the local search to message women on this site, to see if they would be interested. As I have read their profiles (yes, I do that), I see that a lot of them complain about how this site is full of fakes, losers, douche bags, and all of the above. And you know what? I agree with them. There are a lot of fakes, losers, douche bags, and the all of the above on here.

Here's the thing, I'm not one of them. I am open, honest, thoughtful, and not copying and pasting my message to each one of you that I message on here. I try to be polite, give a short summary of my interests, and end each message with a thank you and a request for a response saying, "Yes, let's talk" or, "No, I'm not interested." I've gotten VERY few responses in either the affirmative or negative.

I'm not looking for a one night stand or a romantic relationship, I want something between a play partner and a friend with benefits. I know not everyone wants that, I get that, and I respect those in the search for a long term relationship. I'm not for everyone, I know that too. But it's frustrating to see everyone complain about the lack of decent men on here when there's at least one being ignored.

All I'm trying to say is if you've ever gotten a message from me give it a second read through. Read through my profile and give me a chance to prove to you I'm not a douche bag. I might be that non-asshole guy you're looking for, just don't gloss over my message when you're deleting your junk mail, that's all I ask.
