Today it has been 45 days of being smoke-free. I feel great and want to thank all the people who have taken time to offer words of support and encouragement. All that show of support has helped keep me on track, when I needed it most. Thank you all. |

It has been 36 days since I gave up smoking for good! I am so proud of myself and feeling great! |

So......I quit smoking 17 days ago and I had a very difficult day today, but I survived it and didn't smoke. Thank God for the Message Boards for a good laugh. I could not have survived being smoke-free without a good chuckle.
