Got to share this joke with you guys... This guy walks into a bar looking very, very pissed off. The barman approaches him and asks him what is up. The guy says "It's my wife! I hate her! I'm here to bother you all with my woes, just like 99% of CM members do when they write a journal. So, if you're looking for a nice uplifting read, skip on please! I recently split up with my submissive/gf. It was clear to me that the poor girl had some really bad issues, the result of two previously truely abusive relationships. As her Master, I took responsibility for this and coaxed her to seek help, which she did after an unfortunate event where she hit me so hard she burst my ear drum! I wasn't angry with her, I felt truely sorry or her. But this event proved to her that she did indeed need help. Anyway, she went to see her GP who agreed that she needed to see someone for counselling. Trouble is she then refused to go, claiming she didn't need it. I explained to her that her mistrust in me hurt me deeply for many reasons. I hated seeing her so messed up because of the actions of other people. I wanted her to be happy and live a fulfilled life. Also, if there is no trust there is no relationship, certainly no D/s relationship! in addition, I felt I was being made to pay for someone elses actions and this isn't fair. I have been nothing but loyal, honest and available for her. But still she refused to get the help that was being offered. So, when she thought she would get the boot in first and tell me she no longer wanted to be my partner, I felt she was absolutely right and agreed with her that we should break up. The next day she was on the phone in floods of tears, saying she had made a mistake and that she wanted me back. I'm saddened to say I had to keep my icy resolve and insist that we could not and indeed should get back together as lovers. However, I did say that we could work on the friendship, then who knows. I made it clear that there were no promises attached to this friendship. I also made it clear that we were now both single and could see who ever we wanted. All was fine...for about a week. Then I discovered that she had accessed my Facebook account and read all my private messages. All were innocent, friendly conversations with platonic lady friends, of which I have many. However, she went mad at me and started accusing me of doing all sorts and she even started insulting some of my friends! She had also stolen money from me. Not a huge amount, but a theft is a theft. So I regretably made the decision to cut her out of my life all together. Fast forward a little, and I start looking for a new partner. Now, I am probably the most honest person on the planet. Too honest sometimes, I think! So I joined a dating site, admittedly a vanilla one but I made it clear I was into kink, that I am Dominant as well as other truths about myself such as I'm a geeky Star Wars fan and I have a belly.
