I'm back at work. I had taken some time off to find myself and I learned a lot. I also learned a lot about the types of people contacting me and found TONS of red flags.

Yes I am still hoping to find an arrangement. No, that is no longer my full time focus. I am back at work and that eats a lot of time, so I will no longer be responding to pointless messages. If you want to get my attention, do it with a well formed introduction, use proper grammar and spelling (pet peeve as a teacher), and give plenty of details. I have gotten "I will break you down and then build you back up" or some similar cliche literally over 500 times in 2 years. Have a plan. Tell me what the plan is. Don't make it up as you go along, and don't change it when I start asking questions. Tell me how you have done it before. You won't shock me. I will have a lot of questions. I'm willing to give a lot, bit I need to know exactly what I'm getting into.
