About DevonArianne

Hello, my name is Devan Arianne.
I'm a very shy, weird, often creepy person, but I am full of love. Right now all of my love is kept to myself.
I tend to be very shy when meeting new people, but once comfortable I really open up and a lot of people tend to really love having me around. After that initial shyness I tend to be very funny, sometimes loud, and I try to stay as nice as possible, but don't think that means I won't tell you about the bull shit you're flingin' .
My passions in life are things like video games, computer hardware, and random trivia... Like did you know the first vending machine dispensed holy water? And that's probably listed in order from my favorites and down. Though I am trying to be more active and social. Video games are a very strong love for me. I've been playing them since I was 5 and I've never put down the controller since. I combined that love with computers when I was about 13 when I build my very first computer out of spare parts from broken computers around the neighborhood. Did it to play Ragnarok Online, a game I STILL absolutely love to this day. Since then I've been working on my computer skills, and now I'm developing it into a career.
I recently got my CompTIA A+ certification, but still looking for work. For now I'm volunteering in different computer store and looking into returning to school
Anyway, I'll try to update this later.
List #2 of profile archetypes I hate: I LOVE LISTS!

Financial Dommes: I made my first journal entry about these people, and reading back it's not really terribly clear. These are people who usually refer to themselves as "Princess" which is weird because traditionally princesses are in no positions of power. They were always commodities to be trades away to Princes usually to form a bond between to kingdoms. They will almost always ask for money immediately. It's usually the first thing out of their mouths. They have no interest in actual people. They have interest in things. Shiny thing with big price tags, kind of like carrion crows.
I have since then been approached by the so called "money pig" side, and from what I understand they are just like described, or so they say. Willing to give away their bank accounts at the slightest whim, all for the minimal chance of attention. I just don't get it as someone who is struggling to earn money where I can to move further in my life, I can't understand someone just throwing it away.

I noticed in my last list, there's no submissive archetypes on there. I'm sorry all you horrible annoying submissives I missed.

Transvestites calling themselves transgender, and vice versa: I made a post about this one too, so might as well get it out of the way. Look, there is a difference.
Transvestite: A person who identifies with the gender of their body from birth, hereby referred to as cisgender (it is a word, look it up), who dresses in the opposing gender's clothing, usually for sexual thrill.

Transgender: A person who DOES NOT identify with their gender at birth. May or may not wear opposing genders clothing. May or may not be doing anything to change their birth gender. Still transgender.

Big pet peeve of mine.

This isnt really a profile more just a general person: People who send nudes as first contacts

Anyway, I'm too tired to continue.
Im learning a lot about myself and the lifestyle lately. One of the big things I'm learning and experiencing is that a power exchange relationship isn't just a submissive giving power over to a Dominant. The Dominant in a full relationship gives up a part of themselves as well to their chosen submissive.

I suppose that's part of what a collaring ceremony is about. The submissive vowing to give every part of them to the Dominant, and through the collar, the Dominant giving the submissive that most precious and guarded portion of themselves.

Probably the most hurtful thing a Dominant can see of hear from a submissive is "I don't deserve to wear your collar anymore." It''s much different than a break up, or the submissive and Dominant no longer working as a couple. It says much more. It's partially saying that they don't believe your judgement of them anymore. That they feel that no matter how much their collar means to them, or how much you believe they've earned and you want them to have it, they can't live with themselves with it around their neck anymore.

Waking up and having to be in that situation, to have to see her without that tag around her neck is the most heart breaking thing in the world. When I tell her that no one deserves it more, that it's hers and only hers, and she says she can't wear it still, it makes me cry.

I honestly know and understand that it's not me that's causing the problem at this point. Yes, we all make mistakes and others forgive us. The issue that it gets down to and I've run into this myself as a person, is that we do not forgive ourselves. We are our own harshest critic.

Right now it's not me who is keeping the collar away from her, she is keeping it from herself. Until she judges herself as worthy of that collar, she wont let herself wear it. I just hope that day comes.

Something I'm getting sick of as a transgendered person on here. the ever so comment of "I'd still fuck you." Instantly it makes me abhor whoever says it. And I'm here to list the reasons why, cause  I FUCKING LOVE LISTS!

1: Ever consider I still wouldn't fuck you? I mean Jesus fucking Christ, because I'm a trans-girl, I have no fucking standards? Apparently I'll just fuck anything with a dick. You don't walk up to people and just say, "Hey, I'd fuck you. Just so you know." You have some COMMON FUCKING DECENCY!

2: Makes it seem really degrading. What you're saying is essentially, "You're a lesser human being, or not even a human being to me, but since you look attractive I'll still have sex with you." It's insulting to think that my looks make up for some deficiency I have. I have enough issues with my own body, I don't need your thoughtless insensitive comments too!

Now, I have to go. My rage boner for this entry has softened thanks to a very special lady. Damn you, I love ya.

So today, I'm discussing a few of the profile types that drive me up a wall. Should be fun, as I'm sure anyone who reads these can relate, and possibly share stories of their own most dreaded profiles to run across.

First off, we have the male Dominants who upload nothing but photos of what you would probably get from searching BDSM in google. (Or maybe Bing, it really IS better for porn.) They're all professionally photographed, clearly to be taken as erotica, but more importantly art. They do this to seem like they themselves are professional. All this does in my opinion make you seem boring, uncreative, and inexperienced. A lot of the times I skip over these profiles, never read a word of their introduction, and even if I do, I never take them seriously. I think most people agree, you would have more of a chance of being acknowledged with no picture at all.

Next up is one of my personal favorites, and by favorite, I mean favorite to hate. The muscle jocks who stand in front of a mirror or their phone, and flex with their heads cut out of the photo. A nice hard body is great, chiseled and sculpted, but it's no where near as important as the person, and you cutting out your face sends the message that body image is all you care about. You're not going to look at someone from the inside, because you're obsessed with the outside. "I don't need to develop a personality, I have a hot body!"

Let's move on. A subgroup of the first profile I mentioned is the male Dominant who only posts picture of his conquests. Women and girls tied up on beds, sucking a dick, or being fucked from behind. I'm not interested in the girls you like to fuck, (Though lets me know I'm probably not your type.) if anything I'm interested in YOU.

This last one I can understand, but on some level it really bugs me. People with body photos, but no face picture. I say I can understand, people are super paranoid about being caught in the lifestyle by someone they know. But here's the issue, you're not thinking logically. If anyone you knew, found you picture on here, it would have to be the 1 in a million shot of you being the first person that appears on the front page for it to do any damage to you. If it's someone who doesn't have an account, and is just browsing through curiosity, they're not going to shame you in any way, cause they were just as involved in it as you. If it's someone with an account that finds you, they are in the lifestyle as well, and are not going to judge you. There very little danger of anything happening because you have a face picture there.

I have more but, meh, my eyes burn from fire smoke and allergies.

I love the fake people on this site. They are very good at luring you in, making themselves seem believable. There's one problem most of them have though.

Show the very slightest hint of suspicion and they instantly go on the complete offensive.

There's a very popular picture that fake Transgender Dominants use. It's of a person who goes by the handle of MidnightKat. If you google it, you'll see a few pictures of her.

A recent "Dominant" was talking with me, and we were getting a long well. I was starting to feel comfortable with them.

Upon adding them on Yahoo, I saw this picture of MidnightKat. I gave them an out, hoping it wasn't ANOTHER fake. "Hey, I've seen that picture before somewhere, where did you get it." Telling them respectfully, and hopefully subtly, "I know that's not your photo, just give it up."

Upon this sentence, I get yelled at for being an accusatory female dog.

Come on fake people, basic acting classes teach you this. "Never break character."

Anyway, I may occasionally update this pose with lists of people who I suspect may be fake.

I'm not saying they are, as that would be slanderous, but I'm saying there's something going on here.

List:

GothAmber

Been up 3 hours, and I'm already having the shittest day in a long time, and I am PISSED! I wake up to find out my mothers dog has pissed on my clean clothes, again. He does this every time I come back to the laundry mat, and she never does a thing about it. And I can't do anything about, because if I do, she says I'm abusing him by denying him 12 dog treats a fucking day.

Next I get the wonderful joy of knowing that every job I've applied for in the past 4 weeks has completely denied me, even though my qualifications for the positions are more the sufficient, but hey, fuck me right?!

And then Reno Department of Vocational Rehabilitation fucks me over by letting me know that not only has my counselor quit and abandoned me, but the reason I don't have a new one yet is because her assistant has gone on vacation or something as well, and won't be back till the 9th. Again, FUCK ME!

You'd think a organization dedicated to helping the injured and disabled find work and lead stable lives would be a bit more motivated to their cause, but for nearly a year now, they haven't been able to get their shit together and get me working.

So, if you work at Reno Department of Vocational Rehab. FUCK YOU!

And if you get services through Reno Department of Vocational Rehab., find somewhere else, cause they will treat you infinitely better.

And finally, to all the employers ho deny me for the past year and 3 months, tongue my pink little ass hole, you fucking shit holes...

Anyone know if there's a suggestion box of sorts for the CM staff? I would really love there to be more options in the gender, and even position tabs for profiles.

Lately I've been wishing for a separation of "transvestite" and "transgender" men and women her and even a feature for "MtF Transgender", and "FtM Transgender".  There's quite a difference in them that isn't represented in the current system, and that really bugs me. I enjoy talking to transgender women, they are people who I can share resources, experiences, hopes, and troubles with. I also occasionally talking with a transvestite every now and again, but I believe the separation should still be there. There are people who are obviously ONLY just interested in wearing women's clothes for the sole purpose of sexual thrill. It's not a lifestyle choice, it's a sexual choice, and of course some people aren't looking for transvestites, and are looking for transgender people, and some people the other way around. My point is, there's a problem, and there's a fairly simple fix.

As to the point of extra position options, there's something I've noticed lately. There's 3 types of switches. The the primarily Dominant switch, who occasionally switches to submissive roles. Then there's the opposite, primarily submissive switch, who occasionally has a twinge of dominance, like me. And then there's the on that's absolutely 50/50 and can go either way at any time. As a primarily submissive switch, my ideal partner in my mind would be a primarily Dominant switch, and would like to search for profiles based on that.

Been trying to learn to read and speak German lately. After a year and a half of piece-meal learning, only thing I got is "Guten morgen", "Danke",  "Gern geschehen", and a few others.

I've really wanted to learn being about 50% German myself, and would really like to embrace that part of my heritage and learn, also I just love a German accent. :p

If anyone if a fluent speaker of both languages, or just want to try to teach someone, please leave me a message.

First entry:

I've been curious about all these financial "Dommes". Most, if not all, demand some kind of  "tribute" usually in either Amazon gift cards, or just straight from their wishlists. My curiosity lies with the "money pigs".

Is there really people out there who fall for this crap? Do they really think that any attention they get from this "tribute" is genuine, and that this person would ever give them a second glance? Do they get off on buying something for someone who will never pay them another ounce of attention?
