CHATEAU MAUI STAFF AND TRAINEE APPLICATION PROCEDURES
HEADMISTRESS:
Qualifications: Experienced bi female switch, height between 5’2” and 5’10”, HWP, very attractive to beautiful, ages from 24-49, intelligent and innovative. Willing and able to relocate.
Skills: Punishment, teaching, business, computer literate, able to run a school and household
Duties: This is the only permanent position for the school. Submissive to the HeadMaster but dominant to all others-assistant, trainees, female and male staff. Run the household, assist with training, prepare menus for meals, make up shopping lists, accompany HeadMaster as he requires.
Compensation: Room and board, clothing and other personal items provided. Access 24/7 to all trainees and staff for her use, sexual or otherwise. Salary negotiable. Group health insurance but no workers compensation.
ASSISTANT TO HEADMISTRESS:
Qualifications: Bi female switch, all others the same as for Headmistress. Muwst be able to follow instructions without question.
Skills: Same as HeadMistress. This position can be for either for some experienced or interesting in training for the position.
Duties: As directed by the HeadMistress, to whom she shall be submissive, as well as the HeadMaster, dominant to trainees and staff, both male and female as directed.
Compensation: Room and board, clothing and other personal items provided and group health insurance but no workers compensation. Access 24/7 to all trainees and staff but defers to her two superiors. Financial assistance at the discretion of the Headmaster. This may be a temporary or permanent position.
FEMALE SLAVES:
Qualifications: Same as above except bi sub or slave. Pain sluts will be given first preference. Willingness to submit and obey, perform all tasks assigned without question. Intelligent enough to understand and follow directions and carry on an intelligent conversation on a variety of subjects.
Skills: Cooking, cleaning, gardening and all activities expected of a female sex slave.
Duties: Submissive to all male staff members and Administration(meaning HeadMaster, HeadMistress and her assistant) and available to all of them 24/7 for their use and service. Household maintenance, both indoors and outdoors. Includes cooking and serving meals as well as cleanup afterwards, house cleaning, laundry, gardening, pool maintenance, washing vehicles, taking care of animals, accompany Administration, either individually or otherwise as directed. Slaves will be quartered in two bedrooms, each with one queen size bed to be shared by two slaves. Will be taken at any time by any member of the staff, either for the moment or the entire night. No slave will sleep alone. Female slaves will receive physical discipline on a daily basis as determined by Administration, to be carried out by the male staff. All female slaves will be kept naked at all times while on the premises, and their wardrobe will be selected for them for outings. Every slave will wear a collar at all times, and any other restraints as determined by Administration. Each slave will be expected to submit to having her nipples, clit and labia pierced and rings inserted. They will all have plugs inserted anally and vaginally, only to be removed for sexual use or hygiene. Slaves will be expected to obey without question, and any breach will result in immediate punishment, the severity of which will be determined by the infraction.
Compensation: Room and board, education, leisure time to access to library and entertainment system, use of pool and hot tub. All clothing, jewelry and personal items at the discretion of Administration, and a placement service for those who wish to leave, or assistance with transportation back to their homes.
MALE STAFF:
Qualifications: Experienced Switch, strong enough to lift a 140# woman. Chauffeurs license. Willingness and ability to relocate only required if you wish to make your position long term.
Skills: Driving, use of punishment equipment such as whips, floggers, canes, restraints and suspension devices etc., handyman-carpentry, plumbing, electrical, yard work, mechanical-auto and motorcycle.
Duties: Submissive to all members of Administrative staff(Headmaster, Headmistress and her assistant) for whatever purpose they desire, including sexual service to the HeadMistress and her assistant at any time they wish, dominant to all slaves and trainees as directed by Administration. Perform all heavy tasks such as lifting and moving, driving the limousine, escort for slaves and trainees, administration of punishment as directed by Administration, participation in the training of new applicants as directed, house, yard and vehicle maintenance and any such chores as assigned by Administration.
Compensation: Room and board, clothing and personal items, group health insurance but no workers compensation, use of all female slaves as permitted by Administration but at least once daily for sexual purposes, financial assistance at the discretion of the HeadMaster.
TRAINEES:
Qualifications: Straight or bi single females, although, schedule permitting, female couples will be considered. Bisexuality not a requirement, but see the section on duties. Training will be based on your level of experience and your goals. Ages from the age of consent to 45, HWP and should be attractive enough to gain the attention of any prospective owners, either male or female. A willingness to learn, to submit and obey. Ability and willingness to relocate are not necessary unless you wish to continue on as a female slave for the school. Sufficiently intelligent to understand what is required and to follow instructions.
Skills: We will teach you everything you will need to learn.
Duties: Submit to any and all training, assist female slaves as directed.
Compensation: Room and board. Same dress code as female slaves.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Absolutes for all applicants for all positions:
STD and D&D free, tested regularly. No smoking, drugs or alcoholics, no disqualifying mental instability-masochism doesn't count-lol. Smoking is only allowed by the staff and no closer than 100’ to the house or any persons. Infractions will result in immediate dismissal.
Applicants should be willing and able to provide evidence of past experience and proof of skills for all staff positions. A full length photo, including face, will also be expected with initial interview. One full length frontal nude photograph will be required for all trainee applicants
There will be an online, phone, then webcam then in person interview required for all applicants. Trainee applicants will undergo a physical examination.
There are recruiters who will be viewing profiles on various sites, and will contact those whom they consider viable candidates for any position, including trainees.
Anyone is free to leave at any time, including trainees. It would be appreciated if any staff member who wishes to leave would give the school enough time to find a replacement.
