Well the next phase of my journey has begun. Ever since I was a teenager I have kept to a warriors code. I first came a cross it when I used to do martial arts. I was impressed with it that it became a way of life for me so many years ago.
At about that time I also read the Gor series, a collection of books about a mythical world, which I could relate too as a martial artist and the code that was taught to me. Little did I know that one day these books were to change my life for ever (just wished had happened a lot earlier in my life).
But things change people come into your life and others leave and when that happens every thing changes. I got married and had kids and the code was pushed to the back of my mind but never really forgotten.
Then a few years ago I was so disheartened with my life. That I began to seek what was missing,and came across BDSM and I have never looked back again.
In alt I became aware of a group of people that considered themselves Gorean and that they followed the Gorean ways which is what I do also with out realising it.
So now my journey has taken a turn I wish to become and am becoming Gorean. I realise that I have a long way to go but as they say a journey of a thousand miles starts with one small step, and I have taken that step.
Update 28/03/10
The wheel turns,although I adherer to the principles and philosophy of Gor I find that I am not necessarily Gorean. In the that I don't need to act as a Gorean, and not really looking for a kajira ( actually not really looking for any one at this point). I know this may shock some but I am just as happy with a sub as with a slave.
I was known as Cheshire Master before going Gorean, now I find myself gravitating back to BDSM.
