I seek and will have many things within this realm. First, I seek a truely submissive woman for a long-term, 24/7, realtime relationship. This woman will be my submissive, my friends, my love and my heart. If my heart can't beat safely within her chest, then I don't need her in my life or my bed. She must be intelligent, in shape, positive, needing a long-term 24/7 submission to a Master. I am not going to set any age, but feel for this relationship, a woman closer to my age would be ideal. For this woman I am willing to craft her submission to me and built around her wants as well.
She must also want, and I do mean WANT, a submissive female serve her and I. She does not need to be bisexual, but must submit to sex with another submissive. She can be a switch, as long as its with others and never me. She must stay in submission to me at all times. In a Dom, sub way, as well as in a head of the household way. Below this I will get into the other submissive, but my thinking is this. I have such a wide range of wants and needs, that I don't feel, or I know all can't be fulfilled by one person. having a slave must be a need of hers as well, her being a switch would work well in this. The submissive should be a female, age, well that depends on the person. Younger than myself seems more natural for this role, but not a must.
