About transkittenamy
My name is Amy. I am a trans girl whos still learning how to be herself and still trying to test herself. If you want someone whos already established herself on confident ground, thats not me.
I tend to be on the timid side at first, but when I open up I can get very affectionate. I find the kitten angle helps relax or ease me into physical interaction at times when Im feeling tense. Its more of a comfort zone than anything. I do meow quite well, though.Generally speaking, the worst thing you can do is scare me, because if you do that, my walls will go up, and it can be hard to get them to go back down. I prefer to be a good girl... But if you try to take advantage of me I might reflexively push back.
What Im looking for I guess is on a wide band. Just friends is enough for me, but something more can develop out of that, too. I feel like I am open to most kinds of connections, just dont expect me to meet you or show you my face in 5 minutes. Ive seen more than enough to know the dangers of rushing.
I dont know what my expectations are yet. I guess Ill just have to find out and adjust accordingly as I spend more time here.
Minor update that feels long overdue Suddenly being an admirer of mine or asking me to be your friend without ever even sending me a single message is super creepy, and Im probably just going to start blocking people who do it. |

Another 8 months off this site before retuning. Over recent years, I've come to understood that "Nonbinary" is a more apt descriptor of me than transgender. I'd put this in this profile... But we all know that might take a month to approve. Maybe someday I'll make a comprehensive change to it.
I'm still a good girl, but I've learned what having a spine is like. Medically speaking I can't transition, and it's something I have had to make peace with as best I can. Being a kitten and being cute are still my comfort space, and I doubt that will ever change.
When it comes down to it, I'm still learning, but fear doesn't control me the way it once did. |

Every time I come back from a break from a site like this, I notice the same thing happens when I return. The slew of "Dominants" trying for one-second ownership are ever-present everywhere and aren't an outlier in any way. There was a time when my online presence was strictly female, I wasn't mature enough to really be open about this, except for a few people who had gotten close enough for me to open up to, but I've found there's one significant change in how people treat me.
The biggest difference by far that I've seen is that the people who do talk to me as a gurl -- instead of a girl, seem significantly more likely to initially talk to me under the premise that I'm either a slut, a tramp, or something similar to that. They also assume that I would want to dress the part of one as well. Since I'm not like that, their immediate reaction most of the time is either to try to change me to be like that, or leave. I find this has especially held true with most other trans I have talked to so far on sites like this.
Honestly, I just want to be treated like a "normal" girl. This doesn't mean I won't be a good slut for an owner after some time, it just means that treating me like one in an opening message is just going to elicit a guarded and distant reaction, if I even reply to it at all (And if it's bad, I won't).
If your primary goal is to try to radically change me in a short period of time, save us both the trouble and move on. Collaring me in a week or even a month isn't going to happen either. If you're impatient, save us both the trouble and move on. It doesn't matter what most people seem to "expect" of me --- I don't fit that mold. I may never fit that mold.
I feel like there's others like me out there, who are also usually too quiet or reserved to talk about things like this. Maybe one of them will stumble across my musings at some point. |

Someone I've never spoken to asks me to tell them exactly where I live, then gets mad at me and starts yelling at me with capital letters and expletives when I refuse. Much easier to brush off that kind of sociopathic rage when he doesn't know how to find me.
That sums up why I would refuse such a request from someone I don't know quite nicely. It's just common sense. |
