In the books, slaves are property. An object to be used as the owner sees fit, nothing more. Is this the planet Gor, or the planet Earth? The bottom line is that any woman that is slave is also a human being with needs, desires, dreams and goals. How should these be channeled? If the slave is to devote her entire being to the man that owns her, should the man also not equally care for the slave? What will occur when she is not cared for in the manner of nutritional, emotional and psychological needs? She will wither and die, or she will simply leave. Can any one person honestly say with 100% certainty that ANY human female would not leave if she were mistreated in such a manner?
