I’m a quiet guy who enjoys family life. Staying home, sharing chores together, going to the kids school events together, snuggling up for a movie with a Bailey’s and coffee.

Getting out socially once a week is enough for me. Movies, dinners, dancing, bowling, live music, or a fair would be great choices. My favorite movies are dark comedies like Tarantino’s “4 Rooms”. Favorite places to eat would be Hamilton’s, X-Lounge, Downtown Grill or Fellini’s. Gravity Lounge is a favorite for music.

I like to cook. I cook a lot with a slow cooker. Prepare my meals for the week. Make an awesome pot roast, chili, and seafood gumbo. Don’t like washing dishes so much but when done with someone special can become a quality activity.

I’m fanatical about my clothes. I do my own laundry and ironing mostly because I get great joy from caring for the things that make me feel good. I need a bigger closet.

I’m not mechanically inclined or a mister-fix-it but I do enjoy yard work when it’s a shared activity. Being outside, working with the soil grounds me (pun intended).

I’m not rich or jaw dropping handsome but am not insecure about my looks. Often make fun of myself by strutting around my self-confidence.

Not the life of the party but don’t consider myself boring. Been known to kick off my shoes and dance in bars. Enjoy good bourbon or whiskey in moderation but will get a wild hair occasionally.

I’m a Christian who hasn’t found a home church yet. I’m dogmatic in my own beliefs but very open to everyone else’s. Have a seminary education but am not quite satisfied working in the church. Would like to one day teach adult Sunday school classes again.
