Coming up for air again after an extremely busy several months in the corporate jungle. It is fun to observe people at work and speculate about where they fall on the submissive to dominant spectrum.
I fancy that I can tell the unowned slaves from the long hours they put in--craving to devote themselves to a rational superior force; the care they take to greet their coworkers--believing fiercely in protocol, manners, structure.
They have a special place in my heart. |

My idealistic mind resists the marketing axiom that Perception = Reality; yet my realistic mind informs me that no matter how assiduously I craft my profile, the information must pass through another person's filter. And so I bow to the Goddess of Marketing (yes, even Dominants bow to something greater than themselves).
Recently I realized that with my statement that I am working with several submissives, I have been attracting submissives who are either not looking for a long-term relationship, or who have very limited times they can meet in real life. I believe I am giving the impression that I wish to relate lightly to many.
Not so.
I have had my fill of short-term experiences. I have learned much and am warmly grateful to the special people with whom I have shared intense, exciting encounters. Now, I wish to relate deeply to one submissive.
It is still necessary to interview, converse, inspect, and evaluate many to find the one who is right for me, and for whom I am right. But I have become clear that I am looking for one special submissive. |
