Sub/Master Contract for ________ and ___________
I, the slave number _________, formerly known as
___________ hereinafter referred to as "slave",
submit, of my own free will, to Master __________,
also known as ___________hereinafter referred to as
"Master", and agree to the following terms and
conditions as stated in this Contract of Slavery.
This contract is provided as a secure and binding
agreement which defines in specific terms the
relationship and interaction between two individuals,
hereafter termed the slave and the Master (both terms
are intended to be independent of sex). This agreement
is legal and binding. This agreement must be entered
voluntarily.
I am a slave and the owned property of my Master.
Slave's Role:
The slave agrees to submit completely to the master in
all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or
situation in which the slave may willfully refuse to
obey the directive of the master. The slave also
agrees that, once entered into the Slavery Contract,
their body belongs to their master, to be used as seen
fit. All of the slave's possessions likewise belong to
the master, including all assets, finances, and
material goods, to do with as they see fit. The slave
agrees to please the master to the best of their
ability, in that they now exist solely for the
pleasure of said master.
Slave will strive diligently to remold slave's body,
appearance, habits, and attitudes in accordance with
Master's desires. Slave agrees to change the slave's
actions, speech, and dress to express the ownership.
Slave will always speak of her Master in terms of love
and respect, and address Him appropriately (i.e.
"Master", "Sir", "Daddy", "Keeper", etc.) when so
directed.
Slave will seek to learn how to please Master better,
and will gracefully accept any criticism in whatever
form Master chooses.
Slave renounces all rights to privacy or concealment
from Master. This includes but is not limited to
photography and video photography of slave, in any
situation, to be used and displayed in any manner
Master sees fit.
Slave agrees to confess all of slave's desires and
fetishes for the Master's consideration.
Slave will answer truthfully and completely, to the
best of the slave's knowledge, any and all questions
Master may ask of slave. Slave will volunteer any
information her Master should know about her physical
or emotional condition.
When in the same room as her Master, slave will ask
permission before leaving the room, explain where she
is going, and why. This includes but is not limited to
asking permission to use the restroom.
Slave shall be responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness and availability of all toys. None shall
be used without the express permission of Master,
unless agreed to beforehand.
Slave is responsible for maintenance and completion of
all household chores. This includes, but is not
limited to, the following:
Cooking all meals; including preparing food for Master
while He is at work
Cleaning; including vacuuming, dusting, and
maintaining the kitchen, bathrooms, and porches
Laundry and dry cleaning
Running errands and shopping.
Slave shall diligently maintain and adorn slave's body
parts in such manner as will ensure that they are
fully open and available to Master. Slave's body parts
shall be able to be displayed by slave in public or
private, to others or to Him, when so ordered.
Slave shall never close nor cross her legs in Master's
presence, unless specific permission to do so is
granted.
Slave shall never wear undergarments at any time,
except when allowed to wear shorts or pants, and shall
cover no part of her body with apparel or material of
any description, except when the act of doing so, and
the design of the item of apparel or material, are
expressly approved by Master.
Slave shall keep slave's body parts clean-shaven or
waxed at the direction of the Master.
Slave shall keep slave's hair cut, styled, and colored
as directed by Master.
Slave shall keep slave's fingers and toenails painted
and maintained as directed by Master.
Master has the right to tattoo or have tattooed,
pierce or have pierced, or brand or have branded
slave's body.
I agree to complete and instant obedience of any
command from my Master.
I agree to be trained in any manner my Masters wishes.
I agree and will submit to any discipline or
punishment my Master sees fit.
This might include, but is not limited to:
Punishment strokes, delivered in any manner my Master
chooses; Prolonged bondage or gagging in any manner my
Master chooses; Being forced to sleep on the floor, in
chains or bondage as my Master sees fit; Confinement
in a cage, cell or locked box; Deprivation of food or
sleep; Assignment and completion of punishment tasks;
Humiliation.
I agree to put on, wear, or take off any article of
clothing or instrument of bondage, at any time, at the
command of my Master.
I agree to be marked or shaved in whatever manner and
at whatever time my Master sees fit.
I agree to conform to the following behavioral
specifications:
I will note, conform and obey any rules my Master
gives me.
I will not sit, lie on or use the furniture without
the expressed permission of the Master.
I will not go to the bathroom without permission from
my Master.
I will keep myself scrupulously clean at all times.
I will not get into or out of bed without my Master’s
permission.
I will not eat or drink without the permission of my
Master.
I shall never embarrass my Master in any way.
I will not engage in malicious gossip or use insulting
or demeaning language towards others.
My manner and tone will be that of a slave at all
times and will reflect deference to my Master at all
times.
I will not act defensively when questioned by my
Master.
I will never interrupt my Master, or others when
speaking.
I will not engage in sex, intimate touching, or engage
in any scene with anyone but my Master without the
expressed permission of my Master.
I will always serve the Master in a kneeling position,
eyes downward, and holding the position until released
by my Master.
I will tell the truth at all times.
I will inform my Master promptly if I break any of my
Master’s rules.
Punishment
The slave agrees to accept any punishment the master
decides to inflict, whether earned or not.
Others
Slave may not seek any other Master or lover, or
relate to others in any sexual or submissive way,
either in "real time", or "virtual" or "cyber" time,
without Master's permission. To do so will be
considered a breach of Slavery Contract, and will
result in extreme punishment or Slavery Contract
termination.
Master may accept other slaves or lovers.
Slave agrees that her Master possesses the right to
determine whether others can use her body and to what
use they may put it. Slave has no say in the choice of
these other partners.
Secrecy
All evidence of the slavery will be kept in total
secrecy, except where the master sees fit to expose
any part thereof. Any violation of this clause shall
be cause to terminate this contract. The materials and
physical evidence shall be kept under lock and key in
a place designated by the master.
Alteration of Contract
This contract may not be altered, except when both
master and slave agree. If the contract is altered,
the new contract shall be printed and signed, and then
the old contract must be destroyed.
Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated at any time by the
Master, but never by the slave, except under special
conditions explained within this contract. Upon
termination, all physical evidence of the slavery,
including this contract, will be destroyed, and all
materials and belongings shall belong to the Master,
to be shared or kept as they see fit. The slave,
owning nothing and having agreed to give up all
worldly possessions and body to the master, shall once
again own their body, but nothing else, unless the
master decides to give back their possessions.
Slave’s Signature
The slave agrees to these articles of her own free
will, without reservation and does so under no
coercion, threat or bribe.
I understand that as a slave I have no rights of
revocation and that disobedience in any form will
result in painful, mental and physical punishment. I,
further, release the "MASTER" from any past, present,
or future liability in connection with or as a result
of this agreement.
I have read and fully understand this contract in its
entirety. I agree to give everything I own to my
master, and further accept their claim of ownership
over my physical body. I understand that I will be
commanded and trained and punished as a slave, and I
promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and
desires of my master to the best of my abilities. I
understand that I cannot withdraw from this contract.
I therefore agree to, by the affixation of my
signature, this Contract of Slavery and freely give
myself to the "MASTER".
