It's after 3:30 in the morning and I'm awake. It's Friday night, so it's not that weird, but it does seem kind of pathetic that I'm not awake because I'm out having fun, but I'm in my pajamas working on work. I had been sleeping peacefully until about an hour and a half ago when I woke up out of no where and after another half hour of tossing and turning realized that trying to get some more sleep was futile until i had done some of this.
Dedication. Some think it's one of my greatest attributes. Sometimes I think it's one of my greatest pains in the ass. |

To Whom It May Concern:
It is not my fault that you did not take the time to read my entire profile or my journal before you emailed me. As a matter of fact, it tells me quite a bit about you, namely that you aren't interested in getting to know me, you just saw a picture, perhaps some basic information and thought, "oooooh, slav 4 me!" So, please, when I do reiterate that i am a)married and b)owned, save yourself the embarrassment of pretending I was not forthcoming with said information and accusing me of being misleading. However, if you insist on behaving as such, at least have the decency to state said opinions with the linguistic capabilities of someone who has achieved a third grade education.

I've been contemplating whether or not to write something here for quite a while. I keep an updated journal on livejournal, so I don't feel the need to post such updates and random thoughts here. However, I have finally come to decide that I simply have to say something, so here it is: This isn't my first rodeo.
I'm not sure what gives people the idea that I'm new to this or I have no real time experience, the truth is quite contrary. While I don't pretend to know all there is to know and have experienced all there is to experience, I have been actively participating in these activities for several years and have had relationships which have lasted more than a year at a time. I'm known by others in the community and am, indeed a real person.
Oh, one other thing: Please don't hesitate to approach me for candid, friendly banter. I don't mind talking to new people and forming new friendships, but I am not always interested in a relationship, possibly because I am involved in one, because I'm not interested in a relationship at that time, or, frankly, because I might just not be interested in a relationship with you. Approaching me from the perspective of someone simply wanting to get to know someone will get you much further than someone approaching someone else for intimate purposes. It's just how I am. |
