well, time changes things a lot. You do find out whom you can trust, and whom you cannot. I trusted with my heart, it got broken yet again.
On to life I go, have a healthy dose of guarded feelings though. Must be done for self preservation.
Some day I may begin looking again, until then just blah.
I am now residing in the Albany area full time!
I would love to meet some new friends in the area, as well as learn about the community in general.

life presents some twists and turns yet again. I feel like I am on the old US highway system.. Pretty scenery, fun rides, yet never get anywhere fast.

well, that was a fun ride. Had a prospect for a while, unfortunately this didn't work out.? As always we learn and go on. Still looking for a fill for my slave position, albeit not actively as before. When it happens, it happens.

I wonder why it is... Befriend someone, make a lunch date, and they never show or call to let you know that there is a problem and they wont be able to make it. If you cannot even be bothered to show up or call when you make such an arrangement, how can anyone ever expect anything more from you later in a relationship? Common courtesy goes a long way, and bad first impressions are difficult if not impossible to overcome.

Well, here its been a month since my last rant. No ranting today. Still looking for some fun friends to play with for now, maybe a special one to groom for my own long term. So who will be the lucky girl? I dunno. And still, I get messages from other out of area for cyber and dates.. if you cant get to DFW, then don't waste our time. Fantasies are fun, but making them reality is so much better.
I guess that with the exception of one, there are nothing but wannabe's on here.. Since some aren't even nice enough to even reply to a polite email that leads me to believe they aren't going to be good pets either. I am so tired of people in general assuming too much about others before even starting a dialogue to understand them its not even worth worrying about anymore. Prejudice is an evil thing, as is rudeness. If you preclude others based upon preconceived ideas that makes you prejudiced, and no its not just black and white either, gender, etc.. Just my rant, I'm out for a while, but will still be on email.

It amazes me... In talking to some of the wonderful people here, how absurd and moronic some who claim to be dominant can be. If you think being a dominant gives you the right to be mean or abusive to someone you don't even know, then you are very sadly mistaken. Even if a submissive is willing to take a journey with a dominant, I think a level of respect is warranted towards them.
