So... I'm officially tired of the oh-so-pervasive "Men should be in charge for this, this, and this reason" discussions.
At some point I will stop answering them, but they ruffle my feathers because in general, they are based in arguments that don't hold up to anthropology or natural history.
They are carefully disguised means of perpetuating gender superiority.

I am a female sub, but I am not sub because I am female. My Dom is male, but he is not Dom because he is male. At least I don't believe so. I am sub because that is the part of my nature making itself more apparent at the moment. There are sub men and sub women, Dom men and Dom women. I'd think that people into power exchange would realise that some clear delineation of gender dominance really DOES NOT exist, but some of them seem more intent than anyone else to prove that it does.

Makes me ill.
