3/23/2017 9:47:09 PM: I'm definitely going to need to adjust my diet. I was finally able to break below my wall of 150 again, but the non-stop salads and raw veggies are proving to be too rough on my tummy. Maybe I'll try keto? It's kinda hard to judge when your chest keeps growing.
