What I am looking?
The sub I am looking for takes care of herself and is clean, DD free. If you have problems with alcohol or drugs you are not for me. I am OK if you are a smoker. You can expect the same from me though I do not smoke.
She holds herself to a higher standard and is proud of her service.
She is eager to learn how to make her Master happy and is willing to commit herself to those means.
She must be looking for a True Master and not just role playing or an online relationship (online relation is fine as a start).
She must be in it for more than sex or just an experiment.
Her goal must be to engage in power exchange (TPE) when we are together, undergo the training required to learn how to behave, speak and so forth to her Masters wishes and give yourself to her Master

I am patient, calm, firm and forgiving but strict.
I believe that training is one if not the most important part of a Master Sub relationship. It is where the sub learns what her place is and what is expected of her.
The Master learns how his sub works, what motivates her and her true personality.
My goal is to know my sub better than she knows herself so that I can better manipulate her training to better help her become the best that she can be.
I feel every sub has potential if she is willing to commit herself. A Master is there to help her realize that potential and achieve it.
