I'm a very positive type of person, but I'm often disappointed in the lack of quality submissives here. Yesterday I spent several hours of my precious time emailing and texting a new profile holder here. He'd supposedly just moved back to MI after separating and losing his job. His vehicle was repossessed because he doesn't have a steady job here or know how to handle his finances. He has no home and is flopping on the couches of friends. He owes thousands in back taxes. He has no driver's license because of DUIs and traffic tickets. He has a drinking problem. I know most of you would say ,"Move on, he's a loser!", but I genuinely felt we could help the guy get on his feet. I offered him a free lunch and wanted to discuss letting him use a bedroom, getting him a job, providing him daily transportation to and from work, and helping him with his alcohol and money issues. He was completely gung ho, professing how "real' he was, over and over. You guessed it, he was a no call, no show. Some people would rather wallow in the mire than take a hand up.

I read so many laments from submissive males about how they can't find Dominants who are skilled, safe, and caring. Then, when they are contacted, most of them cannot follow through with meetings or appointments they SWEAR they will be at. Flakey, flakey, flakey.
