and
NO - THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT I WILL KEEP YOUR NAME AND CONTACT YOU WHEN I AM.

Now that I've gotten all the disclaimers out of the way and I seem to have accomplished my goal of dissuading the tire-kickers, I thought I'd post a bit about some of my interests for those of you that might be interested in the woman (as opposed to the lifesupport system for the whip).
Snowboarding! I came to snow sports late in life and very much feel like I'm trying to "catch up."
Rockclimbing - I can set a reliable top rope and know belaying and rapelling well enough to teach someone how reliably. I can second a trad climb up to about a 5.6; anything harder than that and I'm afraid I fall up it. I've never tried any sport climbing. Yes, I have my own gear.
Reading - I have rather eclectic tastes but generally read scifi and fantasy for "brain candy." I have great interest in quantum weirdness, but do not have the patience for the mathematics behind it.
Motorcycles - specifically sport bikes. In years past I have been a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (I taught for about 6 years) and for two glorious years I roadraced in the novice classes of WERA in the southeast. I hope to get on a track again before I die.
