I have spent a few years in the Houston scene. Some of them have been really great, others have been truly excruciating. I know I am not perfect, and therefore try not to judge the lives of others. I would like to believe I am a humble man, and I try to live as such. I am mindful of the gifts I have been given, and try to live a life worthy of them.
I believe the following to be true.
The honor is to serve.
You never know where the edge is until you fall from it.
You never know how much it hurts to fall, until you try to fly.
A good teacher asks good questions, and awaits the students answer.
I am a sheepdog.
I weep in the presence of great beauty.
