When renovating a piece of property which is a fixer-upper One often has much systems work and sometimes has some restructuring of walls and rooms in order to make the inside of the property its best, concurrently the other focus must be on curb appeal, making the property look more than presentable. Having done so with many houses and several other 'properties' in various states of repair, I use the same principles on both. I reshape and reform what I see into the potential I envision for it without regard for the opinion of o/Others unless the goal is resale. I know how to increase any property value if I have total decision making in the process I am absolutely successful in making the property more valuable to Me or the intended market.

A property which thinks it only has a specific use might find Me distasteful, I turn residential into commercial properties and vice-versa, properties that appear to be one thing and one thing only under My eye may be changed into limitless things. Limitations are meaningless if My decision making control is absolute and I have total power to implement changes. A good renovator does not invest money where it is not needed, but knows where the property value increase will benefit Him the most and invest His time and money there. I wish to develop a property krew that can follow My every order and serve My every need, while increasing the krew's own property value to Me and the marketplace.
