Mind/Body Bonding Ritual
Using mindfulness/meditation focus the mind on each part of the body and the mind to be totally devoted and given to the owner in either an ownership/worship or sexual/worship capacity. This can range from 3 minutes to an unlimited amount of time.
Morning Ritual:
