Ever thought of a mail-order bride and have you heard of Taken in Hand and domestic discipline?

Ok, where to begin. Yes I know my nick is a catchphrase but also kinda what I am looking for. I am European, spend my summers in Europe and winters in Florida and California with family. Looking for someone who will stop my restless nature but also loves to travel and is able to.
