About Longanimous
Some of us do indeed hurt the ones we love. We do so with pleasure, but also with awareness and purpose. There is no substitute for the ecstatic experience of deep, conscious, knowledgeable and creative power exchange. It only happens with a profound level of intimacy. I can not fully possess a woman if I do not truly know her. For me it is about really seeing who a woman is, about understanding her passions, her fears, and her dreams.
I know that when a woman -- even a strong, intelligent, self-sufficient woman -- submits to me, the bond formed between us is not easily severed. Serving me will challenge her to the core. It will be a rare (and wonderful) woman who can not only embrace that journey, but make peace with her fears and the countless voices that tell her she can not have what she truly wants.
What I want includes sexual attraction. That is a given, but I want (and will find) much more than that. To make this journey there must be a compatibility of tastes, of passions, and of dreams. The joy found in living must be not only shared but enhanced by the sharing. I will find a woman who can live each day in a celebration of both her submission to me and our partnership in life.
Though at times I am a sadist, I am also one who is adept at nurturing things. I have been called a "Daddy Dom." My interests are broad and varied. Music, especially live music, is a big part of my life. I also thrive on exploring mountains, oceans, and the pulse of a city in the hours long after tamer folks have locked their doors. I read voraciously. Great food, drink, and the other sybaritic pleasures will always be part of my world. Much of my time is spent making images and creating things (with paint or clay or words or the objects around me) in an unceasing impulse.
I am a patient man. I will find the woman who will join me in celebrating the the life we create. I will cherish and nurture and celebrate her. She is worth waiting for. |
