Firstly, I'm not a?misogynistic, abusive homophobic asshole. I respect everyone from all walks of life. I hold the door for them, I pull out chairs and take their coats, I listen to how their day went and actually care and I put?their?needs before my own. Does that make me a weak Dominant? I don't believe so.

I like to believe that BDSM is an optional supplement to a healthy and happy relationship. While most people new to the scene or looking in from outside imagine a 24/7 lifestyle as being filled with leather pants, corsets, dungeons and the endless semi-consensual rape and torture of the slave/submissive, I feel that to be a negative stereotype. I'd rather have my partner happy, healthy, exposed to fresh air/sunshine and above all, I want them to feel safe and loved. There will be days or times when we want to walk on the wild side and do all those fun things you see on Kink.com (and I'm fully down for that), but that's an exception to the rule.
