Lately I've been looking at what sorts of things I could use as hidden bondage equipment.  Pieces of equipment that people will associate with a purpose entirely separate from BDSM.  The main one I've been designing in my head has been around modying a weights bench.  I'm sure people have done this before but it seems like an excellent candidate.

Pros:

• Padded bench so you can keep her there for extended periods of time without worrying about muscular or bone damage from being against wood or steel for too long.
• The weight-bar and weights will help stabilise it so that she can't tip it over struggling.  Additional weights will further stabilise it and extending the sides simply by adding some lengths of 'side-feet' will increase its stability.
• Provides a good above-the head place for tying.  Primarily to the weight bar and the weight uprights.
• Can be used for a number of simple poses by allowing the neck, feet and hands to be bound to the bar.

Cons:

• You will need to add in bolt-on points for the cuffs.
• Additional bolts will be needed to lock the weight-bar in pace so it can't jump out of the uprights and cause serious injury.
• Most of the modification will probably require welding, which is a skill I don't currently have.
