Sir,

Woke up sick to my stomach.  Terrible headache and in bed still, what has me feeling so ill?  I hope that I am not really sick again, I don't think that I could manage going to the hospital again so soon.  Taking some medicine and resting again.  Very sorry to those of you that I want to get to, I will message you as soon as I can think again, this headache is really terrible...

If a picture is worth a thousand words, what are video posts worth?  Feeling really poorly, watching Through the Wormhole while my friend patches me up for the night.  Back on tomorrow morning, sorry for the delay, really not feeling well.
