	About DommykindaGuy I think true submission is simply within you and the spark is either there or it isn’t the very first time you lock eyes. The first time you touch. And if it isn’t, all the rope play, “yes Master”, nipple clamps and leather vests in the world aren’t going to make it happen. And while I love the thrill of “playing” I need that connection to hold my interest. I’ve always been Dominant; it is simply part of who I am and how I interact. I’m not for the timid or weak willed. I don’t like fakes, tolerate fools poorly and I have a complicated and non-traditional life. But if you’re the kind of girl that likes the fast roller coaster I could be the Dom for you. I’m tall, strong and physically aggressive and while I’ve never starred in a Movie, I tend to get a good share of looks in public places. The pics on this profile are borrowed. I’ll be happy to pass along real photos once we establish some trust, I do live in a small town in a very conservative part of the country.

Why is it that about a quarter of the time that I open the home page the profile at the top of the list (who invariably has a handle like "FukMeRuff" or some other well thought out name) has an opening line like "taken and no longer available"?

If you really are involved and "off the market" wouldn't it be a good idea to remove any sort of dominant from your Actively Seeking list? And then, since I've started noticing this, they still have at least 3 nude or highly suggestive pics on their profile? WTF?

And if you were the Dom/me of a newly claimed sub/slave, wouldn't you kinda want them to quit being hit on?

Either somebody is lying here or somebody is pretty dammed stupid. I'm not sure if it's them or me but somebody really isn't understanding something here...

I'm "Borrowing" this from a profile I recently ran across. Please don't take offense, I mean it as a compliment!:

It's one of life's many ironies that there are so many more female subs/slaves seeking a male Dom/Master than there are actual Dom/Masters. But it's the sub/slaves that are bombarded with constant messages.

I saw someone refer to it as "signal to noise ratio" and I guess that's as good a concept as any. I doubt any male on here who claims to be a Dom considers himself a fake but there do seem to be quite a few "doms" within these listings that consider themselves legitimate simply because they own a leather vest and have some toys.

I suppose my point is that with all the various definitions of what is real and not and all the individuals looking for their ideal, there is a huge amount of chaff to wade through here. We're all looking for one particular needle in a stack of needles. So don't get frustrated, reach out to those you find of interest and let what is meant to be happen.
