Master/slave contract – girl slaves

Terms and conditions:

The slave agrees to all the following terms:

1. This contract is fully binding once signed by both parties, Master and slave, for the duration specified below, hereinafter referred to as the Contract Period.

2. This contract cannot be cancelled or annulled before the end of the Contract Period, except at the Master’s discretion.  All points below shall apply throughout the duration of the Contract Period.

3. The slave will serve all the Master’s sexual, domestic and professional needs as directed by the Master. The slave will not be permitted to refuse any task demanded by the Master.

4. The slave will also serve all sexual, domestic and professional needs of other persons at the Master’s request, provided that those needs have been agreed between the Master and the other person or persons.

5. The slave will be available at any time to be loaned or hired out by the Master to other parties for any duration within the Contract Period.  The slave understands that she may not necessarily be given any prior notice of the start and/or finish of this period of loan or hire. She also understands that she may not necessarily be told of the identity of the other party, nor be consulted prior to loan or hire.

5. The slave will keep her body shaved or waxed to be free of all body hair.

6. The slave understands that she may be either naked or dressed in slatternly clothing, chosen by the Master, for the entire duration of the Contract Period. This will rule shall apply wherever the slave is and whomever the slave might meet, but without prejudice to clause 7 nor to clause 13 below.

7. The slave may, at the Master’s discretion, be allowed to wear conservative clothing when the Master thinks this is appropriate.

8. The slave accepts that she may be taken out in public view, or to venues such as nightclubs, sado-masochism clubs or any other public or private social gathering, without prejudice to clauses 7 and 13. When taken out to meet others the slave may be dressed in slatternly clothing and/or be clearly identified as the Master’s property by such means as mode of dress, collars, written notices or verbal communications by the Master or, at the Master’s direction, by the slave herself.

9. The slave will not be expected to provide the Master with any financial renumeration, nor to receive any from the Master; she will however be expected to contribute to her own upkeep for the basic necessities of living, such that the Master shall not lose financially in accomodating the slave at the Master’s place of residence and keeping the slave in good health.

10. If the slave cannot provide the funds necessary to meet the stipulations of clause 9 above, then she will be expected to earn the money required. The kind of paid employment shall be as decided by the Master, and may include the hiring out of the slave for sexual services to other persons, or to earn money by performing on camera via the internet. If performance work is to be carried out by the slave, then the slave understands and accepts that this may be prejudicial to clause 13 below. Therefore if the slave cannot provide the necessary funds, clause 13 may, at the Master’s discretion, be revoked.

11. The slave will accept punishment, at the Master’s discretion, for any failure to comply with his demands. The nature of the punishment will also be entirely at the Master’s discretion, but shall not cause any lasting physical injury.

The Master agrees that:

12. The Master shall be responsible for the health and well-being of his slave. He will not suffer his slave to be exposed to arrest, infection by Sexually Transmitted Disease, or physical injury or violence by others. This is without prejudice to reasonable chastisement by the Master or those to whom he loans or hires out the slave.

13. The Master shall not expose the slave’s status to any pre-agreed parties such as employers, colleagues, family or existing friends of the slave. This is without prejudice to clause 10 above.

14. In a Consultation Period the slave will be allowed to request that exceptions be made to clauses 1 to 8 above under exceptional circumstances, or where there is a genuine need for the slave to forego tasks in order to deal with practicalities of her own life. Whether permission is granted for any request by the slave, shall be entirely at the Master’s discretion. The timing of the Consultation Period shall be set by the Master.

6. The slave understands that he may be either naked or dressed in feminine clothing for the entire duration of the Contract Period. This will rule shall apply wherever the slave is and whomever the slave might meet, but without prejudice to clause 7 nor to clause 13 below. The slave shall also learn to apply make-up to a competent standard, in order that he should look as feminine as possible.

7. The slave may, at the Master’s discretion, be allowed to wear masculine clothing when the Master thinks this is appropriate.

8. The slave accepts that he may be taken out in public view, or to venues such as nightclubs, sado-masochism clubs, gay bars, gay clubs, gay saunas or any other public or private social gathering, without prejudice to clauses 7 and 13. When taken out to meet others the slave may be dressed in feminine clothing and/or be clearly identified as the Master’s property by such means as mode of dress, collars, written notices or verbal communications by the Master or, at the Master’s direction, by the slave himself.
