Because the root of this is mental and emotional, we will need to include some behavioral conditioning in order to bring your feelings all the way to the surface and to begin training your body to respond physiologically to feminization. For example, it's a basic pattern of operant conditioning that you can take a stimulating reward response (in this case, orgasm) and pair it with something other than its present pairing.
You have orgasms in response to stimulation - but generally the physical stimulation isn't enough: You need to pair it with a thought, fantasy or visual secondary stimulus to achieve orgasm.

I'm starting to understand why most of the profiles on this site are inactive. I think you either find who you're looking for, or you run out of prospects pretty quickly.
