Here's a little about me. I am very active, physically and mentally. I believe that you have to exercise your mind and body to stay healthy. I stay busy all of the time to keep myself from being bored. If I'm not doing anything I will find something to do. I do not like to watch a lot of tv. And I love to travel all over world as you can see by the pictures.There are so many other things out there to occupy yourself.I consider myself an optimist. The glass is always half full. Being negative only brings yourself and others down. I believe, in general, that everything works out for the best. If not, you learn from it and move on. I don't sweat the small stuff. In the end most things aren't that important anyway. If you can't tell I am easy-going and non-confrontational. I will however, stand up for what I believe in.
