ok so here goes for the boring first entry. Yawnnnnnnn! I've been bleating on for over a year about how shabari ticks a lot of boxes for me and that I want to learn. WHAT boxes. Hmmmmmmmm I love the restraining and suspension aspect of it. It excites me. I adore the detail and art of it it pleases my photographers eye.... A dear friend of mine has pointed me in the direction of literature and guides as unfortunately there is a shortage of people with appropriate knowledge. I am lucky I suppose as I know the human body and it's pressure points etc fairly well,being trained in massage.Wooohoo I've biten the bullet and now patiently. Waiting a package containing 15 meters of gorgeous red cotton. Rope. I now need a willing subject :)
