How to spot scammers:

1) A lot of them have very redundant names.

2) They rarely look at your profile before contacting you. I understand that it is not necessary to do so but I have noticed that a lot of them never do it.

3) Cant speak or type English very well, or they can only seem to make simple statements when they do.

More advice: Test them. They are not as intelligent as they think they are. Just start testing them and you will see that they all have similar strategies and can easily be revealed to be frauds.

Always ask them to prove themselves before starting anything.

DON'T give away your e-mail until they offer definitive proof of who they are. I would suggest asking them to make a quick video of themselves where they simply introduce themselves. If they can't do that, odds are they are fake.
