I recently saw a journal entry from a girl and with her permission I borrowed a part to explain my expectations in regards to what i'm searching for.

"Like the farmer looks after their seedling, feeling the joy as they watch their beloved plant blossom and grow. Seeing what it becomes and feel pride and honor that you were the one to help it grow to that kind of beauty , that you were the one who nurtured it."
