A Ridiculous Self Description: (ala' Recipe)
Pour two cups of curiosity into a medium mixing bowl. Add a teaspoon of caring extract, a pinch of righteous indignation, and then season with sadness to taste. Beat as though making a flan. Bake at 345 degrees K until appropriately snuggly.
For a sauce, dice some computer science, pathology, renaissance fencing, law (a mix of patent and civil rights is recommended, remember to peel and squeeze for ripeness), sailing, engineering, and a few seasonal hobbies and pet projects. Freeze, then blend on 'frappe' until smooth. Pour just a touch over the flan, and enjoy the rest as a milkshake.
I found kink as a way to have a blissful if temporary vacation from chronic pain. Thus my user name, if you happened to notice. The condition is Fibromyalgia, and I am happy to answer any questions you might have.
I enjoy and teach safe suspension bondage technique to anyone interested in learning. Safe technique is based on no single point of failure redundant systems, with techniques often borrowed from rappelling and rock climbing. Accidents involving suspensions are rare, but even a three foot fall can involve concussions and lost teeth when the hands are tied. Surprisingly, basic suspension technique isn't at all complicated (it can be done with two different knots!) so go ahead and ask :)
I am also a computer scientist and a patent and constitutional lawyer, so if you have any questions feel free! I am especially interested in law and technology, disability law, civil rights, and the law and kink, but I'm good on a variety of legal topics and enjoy the conversation. Having moved up from San Francisco this August, I'm still delighted simply for the opportunity to expand my circle of friends.
So what am I looking for here? Friends, certainly. I go somewhat crazy without nerdy people to hang out with. A relationship is a wonderful thing to have, and I would be happy to run across one. I know better than to go looking too actively though. It tends not to work out that way.
I also like to scene with those I develop a comfort level with. I top and bottom. I enjoy subspace and being someone's plaything and especially being beaten, scratched and bitten until pain gives way to pleasant warmth. I enjoy too worshiping the human form by using it as my plaything, for expressions of beauty, emotional intimacy, and peaceful or fierce sexuality.
Scening needn't be sexual, though I am happy to oblige with the right folks. I've often had scenes be quite satisfying without even any removal of clothing, though. Something about pain and intimacy can overcome even the sexual need, sometimes, leaving a peaceful and transcendent sort of bliss. If only we could all live in that state all the time :)
