Two days on CS with a new account, and things look and behave differently.
My old account I had for over 10 years, starting with the old collarme, but when I started to use a different computer that did not have my password in memory (because someone had hacked into my old account and apparently erased everything) I could no longer log in using my old password. So I pressed the option for "Lost your password?" and the system said they were sending me a new one. But it has never arrived. Nothing on the cell-phone number or alternate e-mail address I had placed on my old profile--dead silence.
Does anyone know how I can get a message to Support?
Support sent me a welcome message on this new account, but it won't accept a reply.
Any assistance would be appreciated--from dom or sub!
