FANTASY WORLD

Imagine, if you will, a world in which to produce a more ordered society with less aggression and crime young men are required by law to submit to mentorship from their 16th birthday until such a time as they get married. A world not so much of Female Supremacy, but of Women's quiet, natural authority. Mentors, or "Auntys" as they are more commonly known are assigned to a boy by the state. To become an Aunty, one must be female, over 45 years of age, of good character, have no criminal record and hold a Mentor Certificate obtained at the end of a month long training course in which suitability for the role is established and many disciplinary techniques are taught.

Auntys are responsible for the discipline and good behaviour of their charge. They have great flexibility to create their own training programme and system for their boy and determine how often they meet but by law a boy is required to meet his Aunty at least once every fortnight. A boy's failure to meet his Aunty, unless he has signed permission not to attend from a doctor or employer, is punishable by prison sentence.

The state encourages corporal punishment on both a maintenance and disciplinary level but leaves it to the discretion of each Aunty as to what each entails and where the line is that divides them. The following methods are strongly approved of (but are by no means the limits of an Aunty's mandate):

- spanking
- paddling
- strapping/tawsing
- birching
- cropping
- caning
- forced nudity
- corner time
- Anal pacification (as one former Secretary of State wrote pithily in her autobiography, "no man ever mugged another while wearing a buttplug").

Sex is a topic of some debate amongst Auntys and those who follow their politics. This is surely in part because the law remains so grey on the matter stating only that "sexual intimacy may undermine natural authority and diminish the effectiveness of the relationship". Traditionalists frown on any sexual contact whatsoever, maintaining that Aunty's should always remain fully clothed, stray erections should be ignored (or discouraged through the use of a swift smack of the penis) and her own desires should be fulfilled elsewhere by husband, boyfriend or prostitute. While this is still perhaps the orthodox, other schools of thought do exist and some Aunty's have argued that to have a boy suck her nipples creates a nurturing bond that can only strengthen the relationship while having a boy provide her with cunnilingus enforces his submission and ultimately trains him to be a better husband when he marries. Some have also argued that to drain a boy of his semen manually or orally or through milking has a pacifying effect that encourages good behaviour and can be used as incentive and reward.

The state provides Aunty's with an allowance to cover the cost of time and expenses. This is usually defined as any travel undertaken for the performance of the role and of course equipment. To this end the government has also licensed a number of stores selling well crafted disciplinary implements at affordable prices. As one might expect, these contain any number of canes, paddles, riding crops, tawses, hairbrushes and other spanking implements along with a selection of restraints, buttplugs and furniture such as spanking benches and st Andrew's Crosses. Unlicensed stores, though usually more expensive and often located in seedier parts of town, also offer more speciality equipment such as collar and leashes for puppy training, human saddles, strap-ons and cages of varying sizes.

Aunty's, as mentors, do not discourage boys from having relationships, though I'm sure that more than one has demanded an end to one they deem unsuitable. Girlfriends are encouraged to report unsatisfactory behaviour to a boy's Aunty so that it can be dealt with effectively. Once a boy is engaged to be married Aunty's are advised to begin including his fiance in the training programme so that by the time she is married she has learnt many a good technique for controlling and disciplining her husband. While officially the relationship between Aunty and boy is expected to end at marriage many a young wife has been known in moments of exaperation to send her husband to his former Aunty for correction or to request her advice and guidance.
