I guess this needs to be mentioned since its happening quite often...
I'm not going to add you as a friend if I've never spoken to you before. The people I add as friends I either know personally or have spoken to for a while. I vouch for them in regards to their being real people.
Why you would want to add someone as a friend without ever knowing them is beyond me.

The MRI shows a torn rotator cuff. Hopefully it'll improve with physical therapy so I can avoid surgery.

I have an MRI scheduled tomorrow. It'll probably take longer to take out all my piercings than it will for the procedure itself. ;)
