Every so often it's amusing to add up the excuses supposed slaves/subs use to get out of actually meeting. Of course, the female of that definition is nearly as bad. Below are some of the really bad reasons used:

1. I must return to my native country to tend to some legal affairs of my family.
2. Before I can visit, I have a wedding of a family member to attend in California.
3. Just yesterday the thumb and forefinger of my left hand became numb - I must see a doctor.
4. What can I tell my son as to why I am coming to see you, that won't give my lifestyle away?
5. My agent called last night with another gig he has set up for me, and I don't know how long this gig will take.
6. My Grandmother passed away this week, and I will be attending to her affairs. (really...you can use the Grandmother only once - twice, perhaps, if you count both paternal and maternal Grandmothers, but three times??!)
7. "I'm a true slave, have been for 30 years, yearning for the right Domme; I don't do dishes, I don't cook, I expect sex with men once a week, you will have to share me, and I need at least $100 a week to make ends meet. So, what do YOU, the Domme, bring to the table?"

A Gentleman Master "romanced" me for over 2 years giving me time to find out who and what I truly am. Through my errors, not once did he scold me for the mistakes made, yet was there within a short time after my last blunder.
