Apparently it's time to add some things, and accept that my profile will be out of commission for the review process.
First, NO, I will not be relocating. What does this mean for you? Well, if you're not in Houston, don't bother. Email from people who are not local to me will be ignored.
Second, I have zero interest in men who are younger than me. Yes, this means you kid in Canada who constantly tells me that I look like fun. I am fun, but not for you.
Third, my profile says straight because I am (shocker!) straight. This means no couples. Yes, this means you couple in Texas who sent multiple emails asking if I was "ready" to change my sexual orientation.
Fourth, lots of people play video games. While I understand that there are (generally) fewer women than men who partake in this past time, it means sending me a message that says "hey, I'm a gamer and I like sci fi" isn't going to be enough. Yes, this is directed to you guy in Georgia.
Lastly, to the self titled "Profile Detectives" that have messaged me shocked and outraged that there is an old photo of me with a wedding band on my finger. Yes, at one point I was married. Amazingly enough, it IS possible for Ethically Non Monogamous relationships to exist, and divorce is a thing too. You aren't impressing me by going over my photos with a magnifying glass, my profile says single because I am single. Deal with it.

Youd think it would be super easy for an English major to write interesting profile text, wouldnt you? Jokes on you then, I majored in reading, not writing. In all seriousness, or as much as I can muster, were just here, taking up space, checking everyone out. Thats what the internet is for right? Anonymity and porn?
So, for the record, submissive, to me, does not mean doormat. I am not looking to be collared or owned or any other synonym. I like to be tied up and smacked around on occasion, and Im not looking for anything more than that. That being said, Im not one to just hop into any old bed. A bit more about me, I eat, sleep and breathe sports, football (American) first, hockey second (go StL! *Edited to add The Rams are back, so St.L can suck it...especially since the Blues traded the Deuces to Washington*). After sports, Im the biggest geek on the planet, Star Wars and Star Trek (Picard over Kirk), video games, dice with too many sides, and books. I dont have too many requests or requirements when it comes to people I hang out with. Please be a decent human being (yes, that is subjective. DONT BE A DICK! Better?) with maybe a few manners, at least semi-fluent in sarcasm, and dont take yourself(ves) too seriously. Looking forward to hearing from most of you!
So I keep getting little notes from people wanting to know why there isnt more written about my sexual preferences. Well, to be frank, DUH, Im into BDSM! Thats why I am here. Theres this whole checklist thing that they ask you to fill out that has all of my preferences highlighted with levels of enjoyment! Ive already SAID all of that. I figured that people might actually be interested in my other interests. What was I thinking!?
