Hello . I am Lenore . I am 40 years young.
The reason I have this Go Fund Me account is I need help with my medical issues.. I have stage 5 Kidney disease or what is called renal failure. I am hoping to receive a transplant with in the next year.
I also have type 1 Diabetes as well as Addisons Disease. I have chronic back pain and Depression .
I require a special diet with my Kidney disease and diabetes . Also some of my medication is not covered by ODSP( Ontario Disabilty ). I am unable to work . I am recieving basic support from ODSP , however it is not enough. I also need to move into Oshawa which is closer to my doctors and would cut back on traveling expenses to and from my multiple doctor visits.
Any Help is greatly Appreciated
