About TheInstitute
***Presently looking for one male and one female sub/slave for the purpose of being trainers within The Institute. This is a new venture and will take time before The Institute is fully up and operational but we are taking the first steps in making this happen. For which we need two individuals to begin training for the positions mentioned above. Please only serious inquiries.***
Hello... The reason for this profile is because I have an idea and I am wondering who all would be interested or if you all feel something like this would work in Ontario.
I am thinking of opening a home, that would be for training subs/slaves/Dom/mes... and would have positions within that would require both Tops and Bottoms (used generally instead of the usual labels so as to be vague).
It could be at some point a B & B , Dungeon, play party space, as well as Formal Dinners etc. Location at this time is still up in the air, but most likely in the Toronto or north of Toronto area.
I think that getting very trained individuals who are knowledgable in certain fields help in the training in their areas to help would be beneficial. Such as Fireplay, Single Tails etc.
Knowing that each Dominant is specific in their likes and dislikes, subs/slaves and bottoms would even after training be required to learn their Dominants way... but at least they would be knowledgeable in their role and what might be expected of them.
Please respond back to Me.. I am interested in what everyone has to say on this topic and if you would think something like this would be feasable etc.
Would it be something you would use? Would it be something you would be willing to participate in? Is there something you think would be a benefit to add to My ideals... I know this is short but I am just getting home from work and wanted to get out what was in My head lol.

Anyway... I am very serious about this prospect and not it being a fantasy that you often see listed in Collarme....

A preliminary application has been completed for both Tops and Bottoms. Although a location and other things are yet to be determined, we are looking for serious individuals that feel that they would be an asset to the facility, both female and male. If you think you would like to participate, please email and an application will be sent to you.
Remember that this is akin to a job application. Make sure that you use spell check and answer the questions appropriately.
We are looking forward to hearing from you. Again please note, this is still in the preliminary stages. Also please dont fret if we do not answer back right away. The response thus far has been overwhelming.

There has been an outpouring of emails sent in support of Our ideals. We have been offered assistance, financial assistance, people willing to put in applications, others wishing to help with training etc. Even the possibility of a Home for the Institute . Needless to say I am pleased with the results. I wish that you all keep emailing us your suggestions and questions about the Institute and we will answer them as quickly as possible.
