Our goal is to have a fully established working Estate by the end of 2015. With each step of the way we would like to make the Estate completely self sustaining with slaves and ponies tending to the crops in the fields. Sissy maids tending to the household needs and chores. Submissives tending to the general needs of the property.
We would like to establish formal training classes and retreats for those who are interested in real honest training in a setting of complete T.P.E. for both Dominants and submissives alike.
In January of 2016 we hope to open the doors for our first formal retreat week. This will be a full formal event for all members of the lifestyle. We are planning to hold classes as well as competitions.
We also have side projects that will sustain a income for the Estate in development at this time.

Our Estate
We are currently negotiating the closing on a 14.65 acre Estate located in the southern part of TN. This Estate has a full year running stream with 2 waterfalls located on site. It is currently undeveloped, wooded and secluded.
Our Plan
Mistress Cyn is a very nature based earth minded person and with this being said this will not be a normal experience for anyone attending to the beginning construction. All construction will be overseen by Mistress Cyn and final approval will be made by Her and Her alone. We will be using alternative building techniques as well as earth construction. This method is know as Adobe building construction, Cob construction and Log Cabin construction. Each step of the Estate will be crafted by hand with earth friendly being the key to every part of this site. The site will be completely off the grid from power and water. Completely self sustaining.
Current Applications Being Accepted
We are currently seeking 6 slaves, submissives or ponies that are looking to relocate to the Estate. This will be a live in work situation. You will be building the property from the ground up. Your hard work will be the foundation to all future projects within the Estate. You will be educated in the earth building skills of Log, Adobe and Cob. If you are not sure what these are please educate yourself before applying as this entails very hard laborious work.
Requirements For This Position
This is not for the timid or lazy.
1. Must have or attain a functioning RV or camper by no later than Aug 1st of 2014. This will be your home until the main structures are built. This may have to last through the first winter.
2. Have basic set of tools.
3. Must have some form of transportation to the Estate.
4. A monthly income that will support your basic needs while construction is being done. This will be decided by Mistress Cyn and will be given to Her each month. This is not a tribute it is to allot for your food and basic needs each month. Remember this is off the grid so until such time as gardens are established there will be no self sustaining food source on site other than hunting. Everything must be purchased.
5. Each slave, submissive or pony will be given a topic related to off the grid living to study and educate themselves on. This will allow easy education for others at the Estate once that specific stage in development is reached.
Bonus skills such as woodworking, construction, engineering, landscaping, blacksmithing, farming, hunting, survival are all a plus.
