Owning slaves and servants is actually biblical, but it needn't be abusive or unwholesome in any way.  And I for one, wouldn't bother at all if it weren't completely voluntary, platonic and wholesome.}

This is a formal declaration of the founding of a new lifestyle called "slaveHERy": a pure and wholesome, completely legal and reformed version of the honorably outlawed, historical lifestyle of forced slavery.

All members of The Alliance for Reform of Abolition (TARA) will now be posting this notice of our Constitution and Declaration of Independance in their profile journals to promote consistency in the slaveHERy lifestyle. And to weed out illegal slaveowners and illbred, uncouth and fake "slaves" or those lacking self-control and inner motivation to please, pamper and spoil with utmost effort, attentiveness, obedience and glee at all times.

We hereby give credit and honor to the forefathers of our Nation, by using much of the text, wording and intent included in our country's founding documents within the text below to show both our respect and allegience to its principles and ethics. Notably the Declaration of Independence, etc. and we formally credit these references to the well known authors of these documents with all honor and with no intent to plagarize or defame them.

As such, we now formally declare this seperate and distinct, always legal, moral and ethical lifestyle...that will now and forevermore be known as:

slaveHERy.

(Please note: TARA members never discriminate based on race, color, creed or gender. Modern slavHERy MUST be voluntarily given and desired by the "slave".)

***TARA points out that as defined in the American Heritage Dictionary it is completely legal for an adult individual to choose to be a slave to education and as we know in everyday life it is wholely accepted that adult men and women are also free and entitled to (only voluntarily) enslave themselves to workaholism, or even (sadly) cigarettes and other "masters". By the same logic and precedence, it is completely legal for a sane adult individual to choose for themselves to be a slave to a beautiful woman. No law can refute this right of choice. The historical abolition of slavery applies only to that very specific institution that forced human beings to live a lifestyle of complete slavery that they had no choice in entering. And all TARA members officially and personally applaud and support this abolition.

Sadly, in the process of Abolition, the rights of certain individuals may have been infringed upon or made confusing. Therefore, we seek to reform, clarify and correct this unintentional infringement by our forefathers; while preserving the protections and civil liberties for others that were intended.

A 21st Century acknowledgement of the inherent right of certain individuals to the pursuit of happiness due those who willingly desire to devote their lives utterly and permanently to the care, pampering and spoiling of a beautiful woman. At no time is SlavHERy to be confused with the similar but wholely illegal slavery.

A Summary of TARA:

A 21st Century Alliance for the promotion of a restored, yet at all times ethical, legal, moral, nonabusive, unperverted, completely wholesome and even biblical definition and lifestyle of self chosen, free will bondage, to now be known as slavHERy.

We also formally here and now declare a separation of church and state from any morally, legally or ethically impure, sexually perverted and meanspirited Dom/Dommes or any others who so desire to treat slaves that have been voluntarily gifted to them.

While it is important to state clearly and repetitively that slavHERy is completely seperate and distinct from slavery (which is illegal) it seems desirous for some reason that most seeking to be Owned in this alternative legal, voluntarily given manner still like to call themselves "slaves".

By the various definitions of slave in dictionaries, it is acknowledged that this term is valid as used herein, and should not at any time be miscontrued as referring to an illegal act or lifestyle.

All members of TARA live in full respect of America laws and legal precedence at all times, and must hereby distinguish ourselves as individuals who fervently believe forced slavery or any other illegal or immoral lifestyle to be abhorrent.

The Alliance further officially refutes the right of any Official Member SlaveHER, (even if pleaded for by the slave itself), to be abusive, to treat any slave in any manner considered illegal or quasi-illegal under the laws of these United States of America and specifically by the legal definitions of domestic violence and/or prostitution.

TARA SlavHers are always kind, gentle, happy, loving, wholesome and respectable.

The ideal SlavHery model would be that depicted in the movies Gone With The Wind or The King and I.? With happy, eager, willing slaves who consider it honorable to do their job well and something to be distained even in others of their class if a "slave" or servant were to not carry out their work with both great devotion, self motivation and attentiveness to detail.

TARA SlavHers are not interested in "slave"servants that need to be trained, punished, etc.?

The model of the ideal SlavHer would be an equal blend of the Scarlett O'Hara personality with the Melanie Wilkes personality.? Genteel women with at least backbone and sensibility, but often with fire as well.

(Though we note that we do not condone women who marry men only for money.? It would have been best for Scarlet to have permitted those men to be her devoted "slaves" instead. While she continued waiting for a real man who was truly man enough to be a quality husband. Sadly, those are often gravely rare.)

To further seperate ourselves from the majority of nonsense, criminal behavior and legally defined domestic abuse going on through this site...if one is to believe most profiles...we repeatedly state that we tolerate no infringement of legal or moral law.

However, illegal slavery... under the laws of The United States of America is forced slavery.

Voluntarily given slavHERy, by definition of it being willfully and wholely sought out, desired, chosen and accepted by the "slave", is not illegal and has no part or association with the illegal concept or lifestyle of slavery.


TARA further specifically bans membership in its elite circles to any whores or whoremongers, or any criminals or deceptive persons of any kind, in any manner.

All slaves wishing to be Owned by an Official Tara member must have their profiles and their lives cleansed of such "interest" impurities.

In the Course of human events, it has become necessary for SlaveHERS to dissolve the unintentional but apparently perceived political bands which have connected them with others, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and Superior station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them. Therefore, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation and distinction.

Please note: While we are only here and now declaring this seperation, at all times prior to now we have always held ourselves seperate from and completely unaligned with such foolishness that is prolific in what is known as the BDSM "scene".

But it now seems necessary that we make this declaration that at no time have we ever considered ourselves part of the BDSM community in anyway. We at all times have only availed ourselves of the interesting and wonderful aspects of wholesome, voluntary slavery, that is now more accurately termed slaveHERy.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all voluntary slaves are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,and that among these are Life, a voluntarily lack of Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness in self-chosen, complete SlavHERy. --

That to secure these rights, Governments and SlaveHERs are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the said slaves Owned and governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness...and more importantly the Superior Safety and Happiness of their Owners.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that slaves are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object (That of serving their God-given Masters, gods and goddesses) evinces a design to deprive them of absolute Despotism and/or to reduce them to prostitution or silly Jerry Springer Show type lunacy, or even momentary confusion with illegal slavery; it is the obligation and duty of sane SlaveHERs, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. ?Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

The history of the present King [George II or G'dubya as he is affectionately called in these times] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations of the right of said slaves and slaveHERs to enjoy legal, voluntary slavHERy fully, having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny of "Freedom Forces" over these United States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:

G Dubya has so far refused his Aknowledgment and Assent to the natural Laws, those most wholesome and necessary for the public good, of self-imposed slavHERy.

We the SlaveHERs, therefore,
In order to form a more perfect union,
Establish justice,
Ensure domestic tranquility,
Provide for the common defense,
Promote the general welfare and
Secure the blessings of voluntary slavHERy,
To ourselves and our posterity,
Do ordain and establish this Constitution,
For official TARA members, in the United States of America.

Be it furthermore forever hence known, that all Official Members of TARA will no longer respond to any slave who does not first read our profiles completely, agree to the terms set therein as well as to all journal entries so posted, and then email a complete list of all they as slaves expect to do and be in order to fulfill the ad they respond to.

Official TARA Members have their pick of cream of the crop slaves, and any slave applicant should keep that in mind when writing their letter of application so as to stand out in the crowd.

Any slave application to an Official Member of TARA, of course, must be very detailed/specific, as well as completely respectful of, and adhering to, the limits in each of our specific profiles whether general or specific.

The slave application must also include a complete summary of information on the slave's current life, obligations, health, housing status, career, vanilla lifestyle status achieved to date, as well as financial stability.

Be it known and herein officially stated that no Official TARA Member wants a deadbeat, starving artist, lazy or unproductive slave who merely seeks the security of a home and family they have been unable to provide for themselves.

Photos of the slave applicant as well as the slave's current living conditions; showing how well they already upkeep a home, is mandatory before an Official TARA Member can reply.

We, by Our Own law, can now only respond to those who completely interest Us with the information and photos stated in their initial offerings email and in their profiles. No additional chat or contact will be allowed until this has been achieved.

Upon receiving a response from the particular SlaveHER, be it known herein in advance, that each slave must be prepared to immediately offer their home address and home phone and cell phone numbers, at least one of which can be traced for accuracy.

Each slave will also be ready and willing to pay for an online background check of themselves for the protection of the prospective SlaveHER and to show immediate and complete sincerity and submission.

If you are not at this level of knowledge, honesty and transparency of yourself and your life; then you should at no time contact an Official TARA Member. We at no time will have any interest in unproven, unverified, and/or any less than completely transparent, honest and real slaves.

There is nothing disreputable, illegal, immoral, unethical or even embarassing in terms of slavHERy to a TARA member or a TARA slave, unlike that requested by the other type of so called slaveowners and slaves, so there is no reason to hide one's identity.

On the contrary, a TARA slave can be proud and dignified in being a great servant of God.

However, because of the purity of TARA SlaveHERs, we must be ever more closely protected from contact by fraudulant or perverse, etc. type slaves. This is why immediate identity confirmation is necessary. No individual should contact an Official Member of TARA without complete willingness of being formally identified.

If you still want to serve an Official TARA Member, but have not heard back from one, reread the applicable profile, rethink your letter of application...and re-submit a new, more interesting, more complete letter of application.

Also, do not be afraid to resend your complete response in case it has been lost in the flood of emails received. An Official TARA Member always appreciates the diligent follow through of genuine slave applicants and repetition to reinforce their interest, commitment and devotion.

Such sincere begging and grovelling is a good sign of the future.

Do not expect a response though until and unless the Member SlaveHER is completely satisfied. Instead, continue to perfect your response, in complete honesty, until your goal is achieved.

However, if you are not ready begin your real life voluntarily given slavHERy immediately, once accepted you...do not contact an Official TARA Member at all.

Official TARA Members are never open to trial periods, online or short term slaHERy or lengthy chat before beginning R/L.

A slave must begin real life immediately, and offer at least long term if not permanent, complete, platonic slavHERy.

Again, if you are not at this level of self-knowledge, obedience, preparedness and security, then you are not worthy to be the slave of an Official Member of TARA.

There are many other lesser slavHERs available for you to practice on.

It will be understood that your slavHERy will be always and only platonic in nature, unless or until a specific Official TARA Member may consider changing the platonic terms for the purpose and interest of Marriage, etc. However, at no time should this be expected to change by the slave, unless and until the SlaveHER gives specific indication.

Official TARA Members have well learned that any slave who cannot follow these very clear and simple mandates, is not real, and while We are all very kind and would like to respond to each email personally, We have far too many applicants to do so.

And we don't wish to be bothered with average or vulgar slaves.

All Official TARA Members are very kind and utterly wholesome SlavHERs. We will never be cruel, abusive, slutty or in any way even intentionally sexually erotic or provocative to manipulate Our slaves for any reason.

We formally declare herein and fully believe and always have that sexual erotica and sexual provocation belong only within the sacred bonds of a real marriage, between a man and a woman who are in love. Only and once within such bonds, sexual erotica, provocation and manipulation by the dominant or mutual Owners may be given free rein.

WE, of course, have had disgusting, deceptive slaves try to provoke such things out of us before, then act surprised and mad when WE terminate all contact immediately. It is best they never contact us in the first place.

WE are always very upfront and clear, therefore, no one should waste time lying.

A Real Slave:

Few who claim to be so on here are actually genuine slaves, nor are they genuine submissives for that matter. Most are deceptive dominant males out to trick a woman into dropping her panties so they can get their rocks off.

Sadly as we all know...the game players, fantasists, sociopaths, pranksters and other malevolent parasites form the majority.

And this can lead to mistrust of everyone.

What a genuine slave can expect from a genuine and quality lady Owner:

1. One who recognizes that it is and always will be about Her own personal fulfillment first and foremost. The slave finds its own fulfillment in this subservient role, and basking in the fulfillment of its Owner. Although the Owner obviously derives majority benefit, and the slave's role is to serve any and all her personal needs...the slave will be fulfilled within that, and will be able to find time for his own seperate needs as long as he always remembers to submit them to hers.

2. An Owner must be sensible, sensitive, intelligent, and mature dominant Lady.

3. A dominant women understands the difference between a submissive, a servant and a slave.

4. An Owner who has both a genuine need for and a long held desire for a slave in her life.

5. An Owner who expects her slave to have had previous training and experience living as a 24/7-lifestyle slave. And expects the slave to be self-motivated, creative and intelligent.

6. An Owner who expects her slave too possess a many useful skills for her benefit, and who is always willing to learn more.

7. An Owner who considers her slave as her personal property, yet expects that slave to pay its own way and provide well for the household so that there are no costs borne by the lady. Because frankly, that is how it was on plantations of old. The slaves carried the full weight. The Owner managed the plantations resources to keep such flowing, including the plantations slave resources and earning potential.

8. A modern 21st Century SlaveOwner who expects her slave to carry its own health, accident and life assurance during her ownership of it.

9. An Owner who expects her slave to surrender itself completely once owned and to obey without question or argument any and all lawful instructions issued to the slave.

10. An Owner who expects the highest standards of positive behavior from her slave at all times whether in public or private.

11. An Owner who expects to be looked after by her slave for at least a decade and hopefully for the rest of her natural life.

12. An Owner who expects her slave to be able to engage in its servile labors with or without direct supervision and to manage her household efficiently and trustworthily at all times, whether in her presence or her absence.

13. An Owner who expects her slave to be devoid of any criminal record, verbal or physical abusiveness, laziness, backtalk, substance abuse or psychiatric problems; to be in excellent heath at the time of acquisition and to be committed to remaining so.

14. An Owner who will always expect to view written documentary evidence as to her potential slaves identity and antecedents prior to her accepting him into her service and to be able to contact any references directly by telephone, e mail or letter.

15. An Owner who will at her option only, expect a slave to undergo a trial period followed by a probationary period prior to any decision to acquire a permanent ownership of her slave property. Although this is entirely at the discretion of the Owner, since historical slavery deems Ownership to begin immediately off the block and to continue until only the Owner decides to terminate that Ownership.


The following, is not verified or known by TARA, but is included her only because the slave sent this. It would be appreciated if the slave or any other would provide the exact statute referred to therein: ?

Be aware that there is statutory legislation in existence that can facilitate a power exchange between Herself and her owned slave that is tantamount to Ownership in all but name and have the desire to invoke one or more such statutory instruments in order to legitimize Her Ownership and protect Her from malicious prosecutions. ?

What a slave must offer to the dominant lady owner:

(Please note that TARA assures all slaves that TARA members will at all times act morally, ethically and legally in these areas.) ?

1. Complete surrender of physical being without reservation into the legal custody and control of Herself. ?

2. Complete acceptance of Her absolute right to do with/use the slave as She Herself thinks fit according to Her personality, conscience and actual needs. ?

3. Absolute acknowledgement that once Owned She alone will have any and all say concerning every single aspect of the slave's life, which shall cease to be it's own and become Hers exclusively. ?

4. Recognition and acceptance that once Owned, the slave has absolutely no right whatsoever to regain its freedom unless She desires to grant that freedom. ?

5.  Recognition and acceptance that She may at any time hire, loan or gift the slave to another lady and/or transfer any legal attorney/guardianship from Herself to another lady if she so wishes and both parties agree. ?

6. Accept that although the slave performs the duties of a hired servant, it is not Her servant but rather Her slave property and consequently has no automatic entitlement to any personal freedom, human rights or civil liberties. That these are given up willingly and officially at the time the gift of slavery is given over to the Owner. In a similar way, a military person gives up many of their rights, entitlements, and liberties. ?

7. Accept and physical chastisement or other punishment should the slave transgress and commit a misdemeanor against Her or contravene any regulations She may think fit to impose upon the slave in order to ensure its continued attention to the duties and responsibilities required of it. ?

8.  Offer to Her full and free use of its varied skills such as cooking, gardening, massage, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, marshal arts or any other. ?

9.  Produce any and all documentary evidence proving its official legal identity and slavery antecedents by or before the date of any initial face-to-face meeting. ?

10.  An absolute guarantee of complete obedience and religious devotion to the Owner. ?

A genuine slave needs to spend its useful working life years engaged in its calling, which is as a birthright that of a vocational slave. It must never be confused with being a servant, because the two have entirely different mindsets, requirements and lives. ?

It does not matter if the Owner is married or even if they have children. What matters is that both the Owner and slave have a need for and a desire to acquire Ownership of a real slave or be a real slave by legal means and that this can be tailored to both the slave and the Owner's specific needs, but will at all times be tailored by the Owner only.

At no time would a genuine slave attempt to negotiate or renegotiate terms. A slave may only beg, or request changes or considerations, in writing ideally, and accept whatever the Owner degrees regarding it.

A genuine slave recognizes that it has absolutely no say whatsoever once it is Owned and that it must conform to its Owner's needs, wants and whims at all times.

A genuine slave's needs are simple:

The need to be owned and to serve and obey.

The need for basic food and shelter, which they of course will provide for and then some.?
