Very proud of myself...I packed things away today..things that were too painful to look at any longer....I deleted things that were to painful to have saved...I have put things in their right places...out of my life. I am in mourning at things lost...but lookin forward into the future instead of back into the past.
Proud also of myself for confrontin past abandonment issues..with Birth family. I have forgiven the pains of issues that werent MINE. I have opened my heart back up to allowin people in and holding close the pleasures to be found in forgivness.
I have started forgivin myself and started thinkin that I AM ok and worthy....I hope with these growths, I will finally be free to give of myself in ways that I refused to do so in the Past. I have decided not to hold the ones I care for responsible for other peoples faults and failors...I am totally a work in progress.
Have quit smoking and drinking.
Have found a balance that I didnt know I was missing. I always looked for others to balance me and compleat me...when all I needed for both of those things was starein back at me in the mirror every day I had the courage to look into it
