Yes just last night i had a douchebag message and harass me about being on here since i was owned already. The nerve of some people. Yes...he 'viewed' me first... so i...'viewed' him back.....and i did tell him to Not respond any further...but he did!
So... here's a nice lil piece from the sites terms of service....
7.3.7. You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass any person, and if any member or other person requests that you cease communications, with them, at any time, for any reason, you will immediately comply with said request. Further you stipulate to liquidated damages of $50,000.00 per such violation, and you agree to pay any and all fees incurred in that recovery of this amount, including attorney's fees and all associated costs. We expressly reserve the right, and you stipulate, that we may assign the rights to sue for these liquidated damages to any third party, including the party stalked or harassed by such violation.
