About Sporadicus
BDSM Curious, I'm looking for a munch and BDSM groups around the Seattle, WA area and the Kitsap area to help learn more about domination, submission, and the world of BDSM. Currently reading a few books recommended to me, and am looking for more help. I am currently interested in domming, and would love to meet some friendly folks willing to teach me.

Well, today's a normal day, as usual. I found a munch I'm planning on going to. It'll be my first foray into public talks about BDSM.
I'm nervous, but you have to jump in and ask questions somehow.
On another note I'm currently reading "Screw the Roses, Send me the Thorns," a book recommended by a friend who actually practices BDSM IRL. I'll say that the writers are very lighthearted when it needs to be, and they have a lot of advice that I didn't really take to mind. Subtlety, for example, is a very interesting control technique.
I was also recommended to read "Ties That Bind," which is a bit rougher to read in my opinion but I think will yield plenty of information on the psychology of BDSM.
I'm hoping that after I read these books and talk with people at munches that I have a good leg to stand on when it comes to BDSM and domination.
