For me, rope has many levels, it is beautiful, it is art, it is initimacy and enjoyment, it is a skill to be passed on. I abhor the term ropeslut, I feel it is demeaning and would hope none will ever refer to any of my rope partners in such a way.
I am looking for friends, it does not matter how you identify, I hope you enjoy sharing good food and conversation, writing and some of the other interests I already have or even new ones I do not yet have, learning is an ongoing process for me.
I am into the sensual side of bondage and domination, that does not mean that I do not enjoy flogging, spanking or many other aspects of BDSM, but it does apply to how I enjoy them. A leather flogger can be used in many more ways than just for striking, the anticipation of where and when is just as important as the actual contact. I make my own toys, test them for effect and safety before I use them. The smell of the leather, the sound they make whistling through the air or as they strike are all part of the art I enjoy. Using one to slowly drag up your leg or back, before or after a strike or series of strikes, spinning one just for the sound or so the air coming off it is the only contact and many other uses I already know and others I hope to learn from those with more experience than I.
Sensuality is exciting the mind, your entire body is part of your sensory net along with scent, hearing, sight and the other senses that scientists refuse to believe in. Exploring the mind, creating a fantasy, the scent of candles and the wavering light they provide are part, how and where I touch is another, ropes and toys may also be part but dominating comes from within.
I am a dominant man, that does not make me better or smarter or more worthy, it just is who I am, a man with strengths, needs and desires. A submissive woman has her own strengths, needs and desires.
It is in the symbiosis that both find what they seek, to be a good leader you listen to good council.
I am still learning in life and here in the lifestyle, in the past I did not understand my own dominance nor the interplay with submissiveness, I did not understand the beauty of a Master/slave relationship until watching and learning from those who live it. With new experiences I have gained knowledge and direction.
